Changes after the schedule is set, (if we can make them) is subject to a typesetting and administration charge of $20 per entry.

Dressing Room space opens 7:00am

Solos 8:00am to 10:00am by youngest thru oldest age division.
Duo/Trios are next, with Groups, Lines, Classes in afternoon with Production being last unless we can accommodate a special request due to costume changes.

Should you need to perform earlier or later on show day due to costume changes, providing it is not a burden to other studios,staff, the stage manager will adjust your time at the show. Please check in with the stage manager and be on deck at least 10 min before your performance time.

All Awards are held for all performances at the conclusion of the competition.
